Ork GORKANOUT on the CHEAP

Check out this juggernaut from ultima online. Its cheap and could be converted into a Ork Gorkanout or Morkanout or maybe even a Stompa really easy.  I could maybe even use it as some Nurgel Machine?  Check out the links bellow.
